Honoring Messages of Peace This MLK Day
In light of recent events, we feel it is especially important to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Let’s take the opportunity to be reminded of the urgent need to come together in faith, that the struggles of others are our own, and that in the face of adversity, we shall overcome. It is from the very pulpit where he delivered his sermons that we found the newest member of the U.S. Senate, Reverend Raphael Warnock, who will be the first Black Democratic Senator ever elected from the South when he is sworn in this week. Dr. King’s legacy is living and breathing and while we are grateful to have this day to honor him, the lessons he instilled persevere every day, not just today.
While we certainly do not consider ourselves to be of Dr. King’s caliber, we too are deeply committed to our work and our unique contribution to our chosen cause. Our dream is to provide quality organic wines to the masses and to encourage a healthy way of life, and we thank you for your help in bringing that dream to fruition.
