Wine Intolerance Research
We are starting a study on a subject that has been dear to our heart for many years. We would like you to help us take the first step and reach out to people who care about this as much as we do.
Have you or anyone you know stopped drinking wine because you suspect that a mere glass might give you a headache or make you feel lousy? If so, you are not alone.
We have heard such comments for years and have been intrigued. We have decided that time has come to collaborate with the appropriate researchers to try and gain a better understanding of these observations.
One of the primary investigators is an academic collaborator who has received funding from government sources, foundations, and industry to study allergic conditions. He has performed over 100 clinical trials in this area. The other primary investigator is a board-certified allergist principally involved in patient care and has developed quality-of-life instruments to evaluate various allergic conditions.
Step one is for us to gather stories!
Help us figure out what is happening by writing to us at: email@example.com or by filling out the form below.
We look forward to hearing from you and reading about your experiences.

PS: This is not a marketing gimmick. We have been curious about this for two decades and are working with a medical team to research wine intolerance. We will not sell or share your name or email address with anyone, including the researchers. Nor will we sell you any magic pill so you can drink with no adverse effects. You will only receive an email invitation to participate in a short online survey about your symptoms.
