If you're not completely happy with your order for any reason, neither are we!

We stand by our products. We guarantee their quality against any incidents.
If your order just wasn't what you had expected, or hoped for we will either:

Replace or exchange the defective bottle
Or refund its monetary value

Corks are organic products that can occasionally fail, however we take responsibility to provide you with the wine experience you deserve!

All our wines are made with grapes grown organically and certified in their country of origin by the appropriate agency. Some small producers cannot pay the extra fee now necessary to obtain the NOP (US) certifcation. Moreover it is essentially a duplication of efforts. In cases where it does not say so on the label we can provide the certifications pertaining to these wines if requested.
