2004 Sky Saddle Cabernet Sauvignon -- Grown at the base of Duncan Peak in Hopland, this is a well structured wine with dusty aromas of earth and generous black fruit flavors. The complex, fine coating tannins contribute to a richness that is typical of Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas and flavors of plum, mint, and blackberry. Extendedbarrel aging of 28 months allowed this wine to develop and showcase the flavors of Mendocino County fruit. 2007 Award Winner West Coast Wine Competition Winemaker notes: Certified organically grown grapes. 2006 Sky Saddle Sangiovese -- From the Harm’s vineyard in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. Farmed according to Demeter certified Biodynamic standards. This Sangiovese is dark and lush with bold fruit flavors and aromas of blueberry, nutmeg and black cherry. A fruit driven food wine with excellent natural acidity and complex aromatics. The beautiful color is reminiscent of this ancient and noble Italian varietal. Winemaker notes: Certified organically grown grapes. Fermented with native yeasts and hand punched caps. Barrel aged for 18 months in mostly neutral French oak barrels to highlight the varietal flavors. Alcohol 14.5%. 258 Cases Made

2005 Sky Saddle Syrah -- This Syrah comes from a small, hillside vineyard in the Mayacamas hills of Sonoma County and is farmed biodynamically. Fermented with native yeasts, the wine is dark and rich with flavors of berries and aromas of stone fruit, white pepper and earth. 2002 Cabernet Savignon - Le Vin Winery -- This premium varietal stems from the beautiful Mendocino county Yorkville Highlands, with it's spectacular views.  The terraced mountian vinyards rise up 1550 to 1900 feet above sea leverl.  Closer to the sun and above the fog, the grapes have intensely rich flavors.  Gentile pressing and aging for 2years in French oak barrels, adds smooth character, resulting in a deliciously flavourful wine. 2005 Le Vin Pinot Noir -- This California Pinot Noir creates a lasting impression on the palate and in the memory. It has a complex, intense, black cherry aroma accented by a spiciness of cinnamon. A full-bodied and rich but not heavy wine with substantial flavor despite it's delicacy.
