Malbec is Argentina’s famous red varietal. This wine is velvety, soft and juicy, amazing with food. Aromas of cassis and spice on the nose. Plump flavors of chocolate covered cherries and blackberries are underlain by an espresso-like nuance; a hint of pepper lingers on the clean finish. Medium bodied. An ideal wine with roasted meats, tempeh, or tofu, grilled vegetables, rice with beans topped with sharp Ceddar and pizza.
