The region’s cool climate, with long summer days and cold, crisp winters combine to create ideal grape growing conditions. Together with a commitment to organic methods, these conditions have resulted in elegant white wines and well-structured and balanced medium bodied reds.
This Sauvignon Blanc is an intense wine that combines passion fruit, and lighter gooseberry flavors in an elegant wine. Clean and sharp without agressivity, it presents a nice balance.
