A wonderfully pleasant Sauvignon Blanc, not overly herbaceous but with a refreshing and delicate aroma of meadow and green tea. On the palate, soft flavors of honeydew melon, gooseberry and lime are backed by nuances of wildflower and sweet herbs. The finish is fresh and bright. A versatile style of Sauvignon Blanc that pairs well with anything. Try with puree of sweet pea soup, with Dungeness crab to pizza with pesto and Chevre cheese.
