This medium bodied Cabernet Sauvignon displays integrated tannins and a generous mouth-feel. On the nose, aromas of black currant and cassis follow through to the palate. Notes of blackberry, mint, eucalyptus and plum are backed by a subtle cedar-wood expression. Black cherry vanilla notes linger on the robust finish. Pair with grilled tempeh or beef with roasted vegetables and brown rice.
